Episode XVII has been long planned by us.   We spent a brief layover in Tokyo years ago, but no where near enough to really experience this vibrant country.  The trip seemed so impossible and so far away.  Now, here we are. 

So join us  for a deep dive into the “Land of the Rising Sun” and the “Land of Morning Calm”.  We will explore Japan and parts of South Korea and see for ourselves if this part of the world is more than Squid Game and Pokemon.

The trip is sure to take us our of our comfort zones and expose two Westerners to what is perhaps the most alien of cultures.  What wonders await?
